Mizuho Bank’s Sydney Office hosted a two-day showcase event for delegates of Hydrogen Thailand from 7 to 8 March, 2024. The event involved a tour of a hydrogen liquification plant in Victoria, followed by a full-day conference in New South Wales, where representatives from both Australian and Japanese government agencies and corporations presented on the Australia-Japan hydrogen energy supply chain. The two-day programme was arranged and hosted by Mizuho Sydney in collaboration with Australia Trade and Investment Commission (AUSTRADE).
The event is part of efforts by Mizuho Bank to work on decarbonisation business development in the Oceania region as part of the Asia Zero Emission Community (AZEC) platform.
