Mizuho Bank, Ltd. Sydney Branch has named Jules Kaufling as Head of Origination, Project Finance. The lead role has been newly established within Project Finance to reinforce origination and execution capabilities. Over the past 10 years, Jules has helped cement Mizuho's position as a leading project finance bank across various sectors of activity.
We are also pleased to welcome Tobias (Toby) Lonnquist as Director, Advisory within Project Finance. Toby joins Mizuho with over a decade of experience in financial advisory. Most recently, Toby was Director at E&Y Infrastructure Advisory where he delivered on a number of lead advisory mandates to developers and investors in the energy sector across APAC, including in Australia. In his new role at Mizuho, Toby will be responsible for providing our valued clients with advisory services to help them achieve their goals.
