The Pro-am & Chalet Experience

The Mizuho Chalet is our VIP hospitality venue that is open Thursday through Sunday. Located on the 18th green, this private, luxury chalet offers an all-inclusive setting to enjoy the tournament, fine dining, and entertainment.

Electronic tickets will be sent from SeatGeek; Mizuho Chalet Hospitality credentials will be distributed on-site upon arrival to the Chalet.

Children under 17 are admitted into the tournament for free; However, they will require a credential for any hospitality experience, as these locations have capacity limits.

Each attendee should wear appropriate casual golf attire with comfortable walking shoes (no hard spikes). Spectators should be prepared for the weather – we suggest bringing a windbreaker, hat/visor, sunscreen, sunglasses, and umbrella.

Gates will open at 7:00 am on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday and 9:00 am on Saturday. Gates will close 30 minutes after play ends each day.

You can reserve a VIP Valet Parking Pass, or you can arrive by Ferry or Rideshare. Ferry transportation will open to the public at 6:30am each morning departing from the Brookfield Place Terminal. For more information on transportation, please visit: Mizuho Americas Open.

There will be evening events with entertainment at the Pro-Am Pairings Party on Tuesday, May 6^th the Pro-Am Reception on Wednesday, May 7^th; and a Trophy Presentation on Sunday, May 11^th. More information on each event will follow.

Permitted Bags:

• Bags smaller than 6″x 6″x 6″
• Clear Bag smaller than 12″x 6″x 12″
• Medically Necessary and Diaper Bags*
• Infant and medical supplies will be permitted after proper inspection
• All purses and small bags are subject to search and unauthorized items will be confiscated

All other bags and items listed below are prohibited including:

• Backpacks
• Camera case
• Mesh bag
• Large purse or tote bag
• Seat cushion
• Clear Backpack
• Tinted plastic bag
• Water bottles

• Stay quiet and stand still when a player is about to hit the ball and until the shot is finished
• Quiet signs and “Hands in the air” means stop and be quiet while golfers are playing their shots
• Do not stand behind or in line with a golfer’s lie or line to pin
• Never cross fairways, except at designated crossover areas marked by signage
• For your own safety, follow the directions of the tournament marshals

• Devices must be on silent at all times; flash may not be used
• Devices may be used to capture video, audio, and photos (content) in all areas throughout tournament week
• Content may be used for personal purposes (e.g., personal social media); no commercial use
• No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage)
• Please be respectful of play and do not interfere with players, caddies, or media

Check the weather before you leave for the tournament.

In the event of thunderstorms, lightning, or other severe weather, “Weather Warning” information will be displayed on the electronic scoreboards around the golf course. If inclement weather is approaching, spectators are advised to take precautions prior to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, seek shelter immediately.

First Aid will be located near the main entrance by No. 5, as well as throughout the course.
